Their website states you will receive your order in 2 to 4 weeks, and I waited 6 weeks to find out the pieces I ordered were out of stock according to the useless manager(Nathan) After 6 weeks they wanted me to change the pieces for items they could get since the obvious is they are doing false advertisement for items they can't get from the vendors nor have in stock. Nathan is rude and unprofessional, and his customer service people cover up and do his dirty work, and help him hide out so he don't have to speak to customer's. When all was said and done I never received anything that I was promised, and waited for 6 weeks. more

At PearleKids our priority is outstanding customer service and to get orders delivered in a timely manor. Occasionally custom pieces, ordered directly from the manufacturer, have manufacturer delays which are beyond our control. We contacted this customer, offered to exchange for another piece, waved the price difference, and the customer was impatient to wait a minimum of 5 business days for the piece to arrive to our warehouse.
