We called pipe systems when our water heater went out. They were able to get a guy out about 2 hours after we called. The guy they sent was clean and friendly. He explained to us what he needed to do and we felt comfortable having him in our house. We were hoping he could fix the water heater but that wasn't the case it needed to be replaced. My wife was not thrilled about not having any hot water all night so the guy called his office to change his schedule and stayed late and got our water heater replaced. My wife was very happy so that made me happy. Overall I thought they did a nice job.
