We've had multiple pets cared for by the doctors in this group and have never had a complaint. Our current pets include a geriatric dog (who's been a regular visitor), two middle-aged cats, and recently, a young kitty who sadly passed away from FIP after several bouts of illness. These doctors have been wonderful about calling back when we have questions or concerns, fitting us in when our kitty would take sick, and during her last bout of illness, taking us in after working hours to treat her. they do get quite busy and we've had several longish waits to be seen, but I've never felt rushed through an appointment. They have my vote and my confidence.
