I would give it zero stars if I could - they towed my car, impersonated police officers, and coerced me into handing over keys. The vehicle was working fine, but apparently 'needed' a battery after being in their possession, and perhaps that it would be easier for me to just sign over the title. Terrible! Stay far away from their Uhaul business also.
