I went to this sonic a couple years ago when i was a freshman at byu, and it was not a very good restaurant so I didn't go back for a long time, the person who took my order was very rude. but I had a craving for a breakfast burrito last month and sonic serves the whole menu all day, so I went back there. it seemed to be a lot different, the girl who took my order was very friendly and the server was on rollerblades and asked me if i needed anything else. and it was pretty fast. plus i LOVE their salsa. i asked my server what they did when it snowed, and she said they dont skate, but if it isn't dangerous they always do. no one was skating when i went a couple years ago. overall, a good experience, plus, breakfast burritos are good a any time
