Did a tuxedo rental for a black tie New Year's Eve party. Shirt was the wrong size (sleeve length two inches too short!) and there were no socks. The store did not have replacements and expected me to either drive to another Men's Wearhouse or to buy the items from them! Wouldn't even offer a discount if I did buy them. Moreover, the tuxedo jacket looked like it had been slept in, and I had to press it myself. Disappointed with the service; I'll use someone else next time.
