I was miss lead as to the capabilities of a Brother sewing/embroidery machine. After two days of tiring to get it to work as promised I called back. I was told “oh it doesn’t work like that after all.” When I asked to return the machine I was told I could not return it because it was used! After much back and forth they reluctantly took it back with a 15% restocking fee. Long story short, it cost my over $100 to rely on their expertise. My advice is do the research on-line yourself and search for other dealers within 100 miles. It will be worth your drive.
