I've been going to Dr. Loesch for my eyes for years, and I like him so much I continue to do so even though I don't live in Alexandria anymore. He is intelligent, gentle, attentive, and seems to know as much about CFIDS/fibromyalgia/autoimmune disease (which I have) as any MD I've seen. He speaks to me like I'm intelligent myself, invaluable in a doctor of any kind. I highly recommend him.
