Good: Exceptional sales staff who stayed late (3 hours late on a Saturday)and really made an effort to find the right vehicle for me. They also worked extremely hard to find the best financing options. The price was very fair. Not only do I have a car that I absolutely love, but have found a dealership that I will return to for future car buying.. Other: I hadn't even had the car 36 hours when it was damaged by a gravel truck on the highway. The whole dealership made every effort to restore my vehicle to showroom condition, the car is beautiful. I was given a loaner car (a BMW) and they even delivered my car to me at work. My salesperson, Trip McNamara was not only helpful and efficient, but seemed to genuinely care that I was satisfied. He was just as heartsick about the damage as I was. He made many follow up calls to see that I was happy with the car.. more
