Read the reviews, the real ones are atrocious or terrifying and the fake ones that are seemingly positive are diluted with whimsical wording that raises questions about the credibility of the reviewer. All-in-all Tatman's shop motto should read: "We guarantee our work and will probably have to work on your vehicle four or five times to get it right." Even so, my vehicle was mangled; Tatman's stood by the guarantee to fix the car yet hastily concluded the job with several major errors. After the third attempt to correct the injustices, even more damage resulted in places allegedly untouched by the shop. The shop tried to convince me that the error were present before the repair. A tail light that was not to be molested was found filled with moisture and the other of the same was loose enough to fall from the car should a bump be ahead. The point: Trust and service are two qualities that are lacking in many businesses these days; Tatman’s (all locations) seem to neglect quality in favor of more expensive, inferior repairs. Use caution to see through the veneer, and take your vehicle elsewhere.
