The shop owner is very friendly and did not pressure me into anything unneeded. He told me exactly what needs repair now and what can wait for later. This is the first repair that has treated me this way. I do like the thoroughness of this shop. Unlike other places like Firestone, Goodyear, or Les Schwab they are all about quantity vs. quality. Too many times have I had to go back after a repair to have them fix it a second time to actually fix it! Here and IPM Auto Service when they say they are going to fix it they do and I've never had to have them look at the same repair twice.
