I have heard many wonderful things about this practice, so when I was ready to try to conceive I switched to them. I found them caring and kind but also terribly disorganized. I ended up leaving the practice after undergoing infertility testing, just because I was so frustrated with the lack of good organization. They never called the correct number to leave me a message, and on two occasions I was given faulty information by the front desk people. I lost confidence in their care because of these issues.
