My wife's car needed the brakes done and she took it to Bucky's for a quote. They took the tires off and gave her a quote. She decided not to go with them. They tightened the lug nuts so tight that when I went to fix the brakes myself, I literally had to stand on wrench to loosen them and one of the posts broke off. When I went to complain they refused to fix the problem saying that they had tightened the lug nuts to factory specifications and told me how many foot/pounds they had tightened the lug nuts to. I checked it out later and they had tightened the lug nuts way past what my car's owner's manual recommended. I don't know if they were vindictive or incompetent, but either way, I won't be going to Bucky's again and neither should you.
