Good: The shots worked on my head / neck ache. Bad: My appointment always lasted two hours, no matter what time I scheduled the appointment. First thing in the morning, right after lunch, last appointment of the day.. Improvements: They overbook; they know they overbook. Everytime a patient comes into the office they have a sheet of paper on the arrival, what time they were taken into a room, when a nurse (?) saw them, doctor, etc. They accidentally placed this sheet of paper on my stomach after a procedure.. Other: Looking for another clinic....
