John, from Secure Remote Support, was contracted by our real estate office to consult our current office set-up. As none of us are really tech people, Secure Remote Support did a great job in advising, purchasing, installing, and optimizing a new structure for all of our computers, av equipment, software, and printers. We are now much more productive than we were before and are actually saving money as we cut out a lot of unneeded, outdated expensive to maintain equipment.
