I have gone to Amber's and I really like the personal attention you get when you have an appointment. I wonder if you would have set up time to talk with her personally while she was not in the middle of tattooing a client, she may have been able to work something out. I would give it another shot when she is prepared to give you her undivided attention. They are worth it!!
