Bad: Customer service is very impersonal seems as if you are "bothering” them whenever you call for delivery, service, etc. I have not based this opinion on one or two calls but over a period of a few years.. Improvements: Improve customer service training, realize that your competitors do it better and learn how to compete. H. C. R. would send a truck as soon as possible, usually that day or the next. W & O schedules farther out but then tells you they can deliver sooner for a service charge.. Other: Used J. C. Rineer & Son for twenty years, noticed a huge difference in service and attitude after W & O bought HCR out. I'm outta here!. more
