My lamp went out on my DLP TV and was covered by warranty. I called the service dept. to ensure they had one in stock before I drove to ABQ from Rio Rancho. They had one, and I got the person's name & told him I'd be right over. When I got there, they had given it to another customer and had to order the part. A painful wait of 7 days. The worst part of the experience was the people involved were so bland and lackadaisical. They seemed not to care at all about the inconvenience their blunder caused me. I was also in the market for a 60" plasma, but did not even mention the business they just lost (not to mention the word-of-mouth, negative advertising they will get from me from now on)because I knew they could care less, and I couldn't stomach their blank stares. more
