Good: Nothing.. Bad: Bought a new fridge for my mother last November. Freezer went out 2 weeks ago and tried to set up service. Store has no record of the sale and neither does Sears! After showing a copy of the check THEY deposited in their bank. I'm told to call Sears service on Monday. Service man shows up late on Tuesday and says it will be replaced and that I will get a phone call the next day (Tuesday). It's now Friday and still no call from Sears. Called them twice and told to wait by the phone. Never again.. Improvements: A full refund.. Other: After 30 years of buying Kenmore products, I'll never buy another one again.. more
