The services that I received were nice. It was my first time having a dermaplane and a facial there. I was pleased with the services. My only problem/annoyance is that they do not accept tips on debit/credit cards. You must pay cash or check (which I typically don't carry with me). After my relaxing facial, I had drive to the closest ATM and then run back into the spa. It was really a nuisance. The owners should warn customers on their website or while booking online.
