After years as a patient, an unusually high bill for a checkup prompted me to call to see if there was a clerical error. The staff was pleasant, but not at all helpful. A series of phone calls to my insurance co., and friends in medicine, lead to the realization that the Neuro Specialists have no qualms about upcoding (overcharging!) patients to ins. companies. Doctors capable of this kind of dishonesty can't be trusted with the health and well being of anyone.
