Why did it take almost 2 years to respond to Paul C's review? I am a regular customer at the Fountain (and have been for almost 10 years) and I feel that the operators are wonderful, talented and professional and I would not think to go elsewhere. However, the Fountain management is uncaring and unresponsive to their needs as well as their client's needs, which makes the experience less than it could be (takes the 5 stars to 3 stars).
