While most of the pages I've seen are pretty fabulous, this company has serious growing pains, which are negatively effecting their customer service. Joined the monthly kit club in April and as of this writing (5/13), haven't received April or May even though I was billed weeks ago. My email inquiries have yet to receive a response and when I checked with the Better Business Bureau, the company had an F rating (looks like I should have checked there first before signing up). I hope they can get it together because I do think their pages are good!
