We went to a birthday party there several months back. The person running the party for HUGS arrived late on the Saturday of the party & opened the doors for us just 10 minutes before guest were due to arrive. When we walked in the place was trashed! There were smashed chips & paper all over the floor. The tables were not set up for the party. The mother holding the party for her daughter was horrified!!! The bathrooms were dirty, the chairs that you sit on while watching your kids play are all torn & tattered. The carpet it dirty. The walls are all beat up. I too have not heard the greatest things about the coaches for the age group of 6 that is. They pick their favorites & ignore the other kids that may seem to take a little longer to get the hang of things. I personally would not bring my child their & I think that the mother who held the party there never paid for the party or brought her daughter back there. The Coaches either like you or they don't. And if they don't, your sure to be talked about.
