Took my Neon in to have the head gasket replaced because it was leaking -- no other problems with the way the car ran. More than a week later, they call to say it's ready but that they had to buy me a new tire because they set the car down on one of mine. When I get there to pick the car up, they mention that they also had to seal the transmission because it was leaking (it hadn't been, but has since they "sealed it") -- they never checked with me prior to doing this. Car smoked & had no power, so I took it back. They called later (could use a few lessons in tact!) & said it was just the "new" burning off the new parts, or that it was smoking when I took it in (it wasn't). Have had nothing but trouble with the car since they worked on it. A VERY expensive waste of money on my part. Will never set foot on that lot again.
