The food is good--the service mediocre. What's more frustrating is that they automatically add a 20% tip onto your bill without telling you. We left a tip in cash, so were very upset to see the charge. We've called twice now and been told that it's normal procedure for restaurants to do this and that the 20% will drop off after a few days. It hasn't happened yet, been 4 days.
Not worth it. I've been told it's illegal. It isn't even the money, it's the fact that they think they can do this. We eat out a lot and have never had this happen, despite Samanthas saying it's normal procedure.
