My husband and I had a wonderful spa experience for our 10 year anniversary. However, at check-out time, we had to go the the little boutique to pay and the young woman behind the register was very rude and unprofessional. She neither made eye-contact or was polite and I never heard a "thank you' from her. She was down-right rude and it left a very poor impression on us which was suppose to be a special anniversary spa experience. more
