I bought new tires there, and after driving around a bit I found that my car was pulling to one side. I went to a mechanic to have it aligned, and they informed me that there was nothing wrong with the alignment, and I probably had a bad tire.
I went back to Les Schwab, and they said they could fix it in about 45 minutes, and I said sure.
3 hours later, I'm still waiting. Eventually I'm told that they found the bad tire, and put it on the back so the car wouldn't pull as much.
That's right, they found a KNOWN BAD tire that THEY sold to me, and left it on the car. Didn't replace it, just moved it to the back.
Car still pulled to the side.
I don't know if management had changed from earlier years, but right now it's terrible. Do not buy from these people.
