I purchased my wedding ring from them and was told that they could take the round head out and put in a princess head. After loosing my engagement stone I took the ring to my hometown jeweler who I have used for years. He informs me that they head was never replaced and that is why I lost my stone. I had to him around $85.00 to fix the head correctly. I called Nobel House to see if they refund me the cost. Of course they said "NO". I paid twice to have the job done once. I would not recommend them to anyone. They saying "You get what you pay for." This fits the perfectly. Cheep prices, poor customer service, and cheep quality! more
