Not good for small jobs 2/6/2009

After already paying $49 for a "trip charge," I was told it would cost $172 to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. I told the plumber, who had an assistant with him, that $221 was too much to pay for so simple a job. After modifying a small wrench that enabled me to open the faucet case, I replaced two 0-rings and reinstalled the faucet. The repair kit cost $2.12 retail. I couldn't believe the company would charge so much for so simple a job. Don't use this company for simple routine jobs. more
