Good: Seems to be very good with the actual dog grooming. Bad: Very poor customer service. No interpersonal skills. Unaccommodating. Unwilling to reschedule. Controlling. Other: Good skills with my dog is one thing but a business owner needs to provide SERVICE to see repeat business.
