Management needs a BIG lesson in customer service! I'm appalled with the way I was spoken too....I placed a phone order to find when i got home it was all wrong! The manager/owner was so rude not even offering an apology for their mistake! She insisted on an argument. I'm a customer that visits at least once a week dropping anywhere between $40-$50 bucks a visit! Well guess again they lost a loyal customer and better yet don't they know word of mouth is the best form of advertisement let alone the internet...hmmmmm big mistake lady! more
