I took my Yorkie for grooming and he was shaved except for his head which was left four inches long. I left specific directions to the groomer who was scheduled to groom him. Another groomer took him instead. She thought that when I specified what length to cut his back and to let his hair grow out on his head, I meant to shave him except for his head. Have they never seen a Yorkie before? She did call on my cell phone and left a message. By the time I received her message, the damage was done. I asked her why she didn't wait to hear from me. She said "I couldn't wait all day for you." It will take 6-12 months to remedy their negligence. True, I dnd't pay money for the botched up job but Reggie will pay dearly this winter with no coat. And I have a Yorkie with a lion cut.
