This is a shady business that uses deceptive terms and hidden fees to make money. Its website states that one way tickets are $35 and round trip tickets are $45. The website also provides that "premium weeks" are pricier without specifying what the surcharge is or defining what weeks are "premium weeks." In short, the company reserves to itself the right to charge you whatever it wants.
When you fill out and submit the online form on the website, you don't get a summary of charges. You only find out what the company decided to charge you after the fact, once the charge has posted on your credit card.
After this happened to me, I tried calling the company. All my calls went unanswered. I then emailed and asked that the company cancel my ticket and refund my money. I received a reply 2 days later in ALL CAPS making reference to the ambiguous and deceptive terms on the website. After I responded that the terms on the website are ambiguous and deceptive, the company stopped responding to me.
