The staff is unfriendly and unattentive, and the owner might be the rudest person I've ever met. Signs are posted throughout the store warning shoppers "we are watching you" and a bouncer greets you at the door with the same warning! If you're looking for cute gifts on Broad Street, keep on walking. Other boutiques on the street offer a better selection without the ridiculous treatment. Sure, she has Webkinz, but so does the Hallmark just up the road. I will NOT be back!
