I recently had my Mercedes serviced at motor werks. At first everything seemed just great, they provided me with a loaner for the time that my car was getting serviced the advisor was great, I was happy. When I picked the car up I was shocked. They didn't re-install the plastic covers underneath the dashboard and my foot was getting stuck (I couldn't use the pedals properly)! The next thing I noticed is they replaced my BRAND NEW windshield wipers with OLD ONES!!!!!! That was enough for me, when I called the service advisor Joe L. (and this guy is the assistant service manager) he told me to bring the car in. To make the story short I was right, the wipers were replaced, the plastic covers were improperly installed causing me to not being able to drive the vehicle, and neither Joe nor the dealership ever apologized or even said thank you for your business (the service I had done was well over $1500, paid by the warranty). I will never purchase a vehicle from these people nor will I ever get my car serviced there since they can't even put it back together properly!!!
