I went in and met the owners of the company and they were some of the most genuine people I've ever met. I know I can trust them with my dog and I will be using them for any needs I may have in the future. The last post seems to be a bit strange. If there was a real "scam" issue wouldn't you talk to them and find out why the cost went up and do research to find out if you are being overcharged? Anyways, I had a nice experience and will be visiting them again with my dog Charger! I recommend going in yourself and creating your own opinion! =)
