I just want to take a moment to say what exceptional service my husband and I received from your employee- Brenda. I arrived at the store prior to it opening this past Sunday and was disappointed to see that the store was not yet open. Brenda who was already there working(more than an hour before opening) answered the phone when we called as we sat out in front of the store. She asked if we were in the car outside the store after I asked the what time the store opened. She then asked me what I needed and then told us to come to the door and she would let us in. I was able to get my ham and turkey in time for my son's birthday party and was saved a tremendous amount of time. In addition, she gave us a coupon to use over the Xmas holiday and then applied a coupon to our order because we also bought the cinnamon cake you now sell. She was so pleasant and friendly, and quite honestly I do not think I have ever had anyone go out of their way to provide this kind of superior service. I truly hope that you will take note of this email and reward her doing such a wonderful job!
