Say yourself the aggravation. Dealing with this guy and his Napoleon complex is not worth the trouble. His prices are high and the service lacks any genuine care you'd hope to receive when paying his fees. And God forbid you have any questions - he'll look at you like you're an idiot and then act all high and mighty because he thinks he knows it all. Like others have mentioned, he is very patronizing and should have taken classes in Eye Doctor school to obtain personal people skills.
