I had a bad experience buying a Panasonic phone online. I feel Gandhi appliances misrepresented their product.
Before purchasing, I explicitly asked if the phone was an all-panasonic product and whether it came with Panasonic 220 volt adapters. Gandhi appliances assured me that it did. I was surprised when the phone arrived with some obscure brand Chinese made adapters. Using Panasonic phones with such adapters would instantly void Panasonic Warranty.
Gandhi Appliances slapped me with 20% restocking charge on top of the shipping charges I had to incur to return this merchandize.
Personally, I'll never do business with Gandhi Appliances again and advise you to make doubly sure what you'll be getting.
