Lately, this has been the biggest joke of a parts store I have ever seen. The employees often act as you are interrupting their time as you walk in the door, I have even seen a few walk away as you walk in. Then, when you have an odd part you are looking for, the answer is "no" without even looking in the catalog. Sometimes I will ask a different person on a different day and they can find a part that the other person says doesn't exist. Sometimes pricing will even differ depending on who you speak to at what time of day. I get the impression that the employees of this store are just as bad, if not worse than, the inexperienced people at big chains like Schuck's. The service is inconsistent, the prices are inconsistent. How can a business survive with this kind of attitude towards the customers?
