I think that the Company is getting too big to service their customers in a timely manner. My daughter ran out of her feeding supplies, yet I was told by a rep. that they had too many orders to fill hers on time. We had a similar problem last month, and it took several days before it was resolved. On this occasion, my husband had to pick up her supplies (normally they are sent out UPS). We have been with this company for many years, but in the last year have had several problems. The representatives tend to beare defensive, and often have a "this is the way it is" attitude. I aso left 2 messages with the Supervisor, but never received a call back. We are currently looking for another supplier.
We have a special needs child, and I really don't need to go through this every month.
