Good: I've purchased over a dozen pairs of glaases- most with multifocal lenses, and have had high quality, accurate, and supportive service for each pair. I can walk in and receive service with 5-10 minutes, and can browse the frame gallery while waiting for my ophth. appt. The practice is convenient, comfortable, and free parking right behind the office, and on the main SCT bus lines- beat the 'mall shops' by a mile.. Bad: Can be busy during peaks- mid-am and mid-pm, tu-th, Closed for lunch.. Improvements: More high-end frames!. Other: Always fair and accurate with insurance coverage and billing- explain fully costs, services..
