I placed an order from Northern Ireland online for local delivery in Peru!! Unfortunately I made the mistake of allowing them to substitute what I had ordered with a replacement item if they did not have what I ordered!!! They sent a totally inappropriate replacement item, the recipient was a Male, victoria's flowers thought it was an appropriate replacement to send him a Panda and a female panda at that!! Then I cant get to complain as no email online either!!! Useless Useless and oh yes Useless, I would not recommend!! Thankfully the recipient has a sense of humour!!!
