Purchased a piano, paid a full price, and was promised a delivery within 2 weeks. 5 weeks later, no piano has been delivered. When called for the status, I was told series of lies ranging from it will be delivered within the next 2 days from someone will call you to schedule a delivery today. Since then, each time I called, the person responsible is with a customer, and promises to return my call, yet no return call.
