I was just in the Danvers store and purchased among other items a bag labeled sugar cookies when I returned to the office the staff informed me that they were instead Peanut Butter cookies, I called Danvers store and asked to speak with a manager to inform the store of mis-labeling the male who answered phone would not put me through to the manager and instead asked who I was and why I was calling ---- when I told him he said thanks and hung up. Its not the first time that customer service has been less than adequate but this time with the possibility of someone having an allergic reaction and the careless attitude seems very unprofessional.
