I just can't begin to tell I just can't begin to tell you how difficult it has been to deal with this store. Things where fine when I made the bridesmaids dress choice but then it came to order them there where posters everywhere $10 off all bridesmaids dresses well no one got that and they can't keep straight whose name they where putting the orders under this happened with the girls and with the tuxes my sister had to stop one lady from entering the ring bearers information over one of the groomsmen she was changing the address and everything. The day i came in to pick the tux out they asked me how many groomsmen/tux I would be renting and told me what company to use to get the grooms free so the groom and i only looked at that brand to pick one then i get back up there to tell them and they say i need one more for this company to make the grooms free so we decided to order one for the ring bearer b/c originally i was going to just get him a vest and tie for $35 b/c he had good dress pants and a white shirt but the childs tux would rent for &65 and if i did that it would count and save the grooms rental of $125 so i decided that would be the best way to go and she wrote down all the information $125 style for the groomsmen and the $65.00 child's tux for the ring bearer. Anyhow when my sister went up there they had put in the child's cersion of the groomsmen tux in the computer and wanted to charge her $125 they had to call me to make sure it was okay to order the basic child's tux instead and it was the same lady who i had talked to the day before. On top of all this they called me to call all my bridesmaids to tell them that the balance was due 7-14 days after the dresses come in no said a thing about this policy during the ordering and telling my bridesmaids their dress is in is one thing but me being responsible for getting your companies $ is another that's why they took there information right?
