Good: Other than the fantastic selection, it was the service and quality that really sets these guys apart. I'm from Washington and don't know much about furniture stores in North Carolina. Their staff went out of their way to educate me on the furniture pieces themselves, and back their products with an unparalleled guarantee. These are the types of stores I remain loyal to. And because of their lowest price guarantee, I knew I got the best price for the quality that my family would enjoy.. Bad: Being from Washington, it is going to take a few days for delivery. We were able to manage, but it would have been easier to go to a local store for a couple of the pieces we needed for the weekend's football games.. Improvements: Don't know...really liked everything I saw. Wish they had a store closer to where I lived because you really don't get this type of family business up north.. Other: Can't recommend it more highly...look forward to moving so I can come back and re-decorate our house...and with all of their help, it would be easy to do!.
