Despite going there every other morning for 2 years, they NEVER get it right. How hard is a cup of coffee and two rolls?? They never remember my name, and generally are just staffed with poor-English speakers. I remember coming back from NY after just missing the 9/11 attacks. All I had was a traveller's check; I had just arrived from the airport and wanted breakfast. They refused to take the traveller's check! A known customer just back from a traumatic event and this is what I get. BS on them. more
