I took my car there because my husband bought a remote starter for me for Christmas. Their first-come-first-serve installation policy sucks! I had to go four different times before I was picked as one of the "lucky" ones to have my installation done. I sat for over four hours before they were done and today, the day after, the computer on my beautiful Suburban IS FRIED!!!!!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I'd sooner let my one-year old nephew install my next remote starter than take any vehicle there again.
